The clients wished to expand their home living space by adding a detached ADU to serve as a home office. The modern yet cozy space also serves as guest room for visiting grandparents and friends.

The main house had only one bedroom, and the clients needed additional space to accommodate their work-from-home needs. A nearby structure was designed to provide a generous workspace that also serves as a guest bedroom, complete with a full bathroom, storage room, and laundry center.
